Build Strength

Pole engages every major muscle group. Your arms, back, core, and legs work together in ways traditional gym routines can't replicate.

Improve Flexibility

Stretching and inversions naturally increase your range of motion. You'll feel more limber both on and off the pole.

Boost Confidence

Landing your first spin, your first inversion, your first trick—these milestones reshape how you see yourself. Strength becomes visible.

What to Expect

First time walking into a pole studio? Here's what happens next.

1

You Don't Need Experience

We start from zero. No strength, flexibility, or prior dance experience required. You'll be amazed at what your body can do.

2

Wear What Feels Good

Shorts and a tank top are perfect. Bare skin helps with grip on the pole—this is why we suggest minimal fabric on the arms and legs.

3

You'll Be in Good Company

Our average member is 32 years old. Classes are small and intimate (6-8 women). Everyone is here to support each other.

4

You'll Surprise Yourself

Most women are spinning by the end of their first class. The breakthroughs start immediately, and the confidence boost is real.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first class

Do I need to be strong or flexible? +
No. Pole IS the workout. You'll build strength and flexibility through pole dancing. Everyone starts from zero, and our instructors meet you exactly where you are. Most women notice improvements within the first few weeks.
What should I wear? +
Wear shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Exposed skin on your arms and legs helps with grip on the pole. Avoid loose clothing that might get in the way. Many students wear booty shorts and bikini tops—whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable.
Is this like a strip club? +
We teach the art and athleticism of pole dancing. Some of our classes focus on sensual movement and floorwork, while others are athletic and strength-focused. All classes are empowering. You control the energy and vibe of your practice. This is a legitimate sport and art form practiced by athletes worldwide.
What's your cancellation policy? +
We require 12-hour notice for a full refund. Classes canceled within 12 hours will be charged. We understand life happens—if you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible.
I'm over 40. Will I fit in? +
Absolutely. Our oldest active member is 58 years old, and she's crushing it. Pole has no age limit. You'll find members ranging from their 20s to their 50s, all supporting each other. Age is just a number when it comes to pole.
